Ordering a DVD or Tape

USING OUR CREDIT CARD HOTLINE

If you have a Credit Card or a Debit Card (sorry but we do not accept American Express) and wish to place your order over the phone simply call our order hotline on 01753 545888. If we are unable to take your call personally you can leave details of your order on our answer machine. Please make sure you leave your name and address, the items you wish to order and a contact telephone number. Providing we have the items in stock, your order will normally be dispatched within 24 hours.

BY POST

If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order you can send your order - post free - to us as at the following address: LOCOMASTER PROFILES, FREEPOST (SL 2253), SLOUGH, BERKSHIRE, SL3 6BP. As this is a Freepost address there is no need for a stamp in the UK. Please make cheques or postal orders payable to LOCOMASTER PROFILES. Orders received by post are normally dispatched within 5 working days.

BY E-MAIL

You can E-mail us with your order by clicking on sales@locomaster.co.uk and providing us with your name, credit card information, address as given on your credit card bills and details of the programmes you wish to order. Please note that this is not a secure ordering system, so you may wish to supply a telephone number for us to contact you on.

UK POSTAGE AND PACKAGING FOR DVD AND VHS TAPES

All our DVDs are dispatched free of charge. Because of the recent vast price increase in the cost of sending VHS tapes (which has nearly doubled in the past 12 months!) we are now having to charge £1 per tape postage and packing. Please ensure that you add this to any payment.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Payment must be made in UK pounds sterling, preferably by credit card. We will charge for the additional cost of postage to overseas countries as we always send orders by Air Mail. You can either e-mail us or telephone us for further details.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

Our programmes are supplied in UK PAL DVD and VHS format. Our DVDs and Tapes are supplied for private home use only and therefore copying or broadcast by any means, including the internet, without the written permission of Locomaster Profiles is a breach of copyright.
